There will simply be a separate thread listing the top 64 who will take part in the main knockout contest, entitled "NGADM '13: Round 1". That thread will also be used to post the deadline, pairings, and any other info you might need, AND it'll be the thread used to discuss the round and accept Round 1 submissions.
We'll post this thread once the rest of the judges and I have finished the audition results, which, if all goes according to schedule, should be on the 20th of July. Like we do every year, we'll keep everyone updated on the contest via PMing so you'll receive a PM with a link to the thread once it's up!
