It's straight to DVD cause they know this is just milking the franchise for little kids.

This is what happens when Disney tries to do something itself that Pixar already did better.
As long as it appeals to retarded children, these companies will do it.
I'm still willing to give Disney the benefit of the doubt after seeing how good Wreck-It Ralph was.

I think a spin-off would be called submarines.
This looks like the exact same thing as Cars.
Soon they'll make a movie about building blocks.
And it took you this long to figure it out after their many Airbud sequels?

They're just buying other peoples ideas... Marvel, Starwars.
Why do you think they bought Marvel and LucasArts?
Well, after being in existence for so long, it is rather difficult to come up with something new. Although I probably shouldn't be talking in this case, since I haven't seen a movie in a very long time.

obviously it's a sequel to cars

They could make Kingdom Hearts 3 but instead make far less interesting things.
I'm convinced that the movie industry in general has run out of ideas.

Let's be fair here. "Spooky Buddies" has Oscar-worthy moments.

How many remakes of films did it take to notice this?
To be fair people still do make some original, unique and overall amazing films, however they are the vast minority of the films secreted these days, and they are usually always never hyped up and end up being unknown.

To damn many.

Most other films end up being the opposite. Usually it's a poorly written, unoriginal movie with a few well known actors and shock-jokes is hyped up to be "an instant classic" that "critics are raving about", and then does well at the box office, despite all the terrible ratings and reviews, and goes on to make several sequels.

That's not true unless your idea of the movie industry is limited to the blockbuster franchises you hear about, and those aren't supposed to be original.

But that's the problem; there's too damn many of those! There should be far less of those than there are now.

There's like a handful a year. And they serve their place in the art pantheon.
Saw the title:"I don't think it's a bad idea"

Used a song sung by Rob Zombie
"Looks like Disney finally grew a pair"
"Might now go see this"
When I first looked at the topic of this thread, I thought this thread was gonna be a rant about Disney buying Star Wars.
