I don't really use wikipedia too often, but the guy should be commended for the idea.
He could make billions like Zuckerburg but instead he's not providing further ways for advertisers to spy on people and their browsing habits.

I believe when a company has advertisement the advertisers often get to influence the content, with this kind of website that would be derogatory. I believe we all have used Wikipedia to some great extent in the past, myself included, and I hope to provide a financial compensation equal to the amount of use I've gotten out of such a great website.
But if we don't give hims moneys, how will we do our homework!?
