I do not use anti-depressants. I drink penguin blood to keep me happy.

I take 100mg of zoloft every morning, for a couple years. I think it's helped my anxiety in the long run.. I have been wondering if it's affected my memory, because I seem to have memory problems. But I'm pretty sure I had a bad memory before, I don't remember.

Depression fucking sucks. Antidepressants (at least the ones out now) make it worse.

I got off Lexapro a long time ago--thank fuck. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was agreeing to take it to begin with despite my laundry list of concerns about the side effects. Then I experienced some of them and never felt worse in my life. I'd say Wellbutrin (Buproprion) is the safest one out of all of them, but even then I'd be very careful.
