I started smoking when I was 14 because I wanted something to do with my hands when I wasn't smoking weed. Now that I get to smoke weed every day I've been smoking less and less cigs and hopefully I'll quit cold turkey soon enough.

Well, the last time I looked at the wikipedia page on marijuana, the first thing it said was that the number one harm associated with marijuana was over-inhalation of the smoke. Hell, if you did a bit of research, you'd know the ONLY shit it does is lower blood pressure, as well as stop nausea.

Don't take it from me, i don't smoke - but nicotine doesn't get you high. It gives you a small buzz and after that you're just hooked and wasting your money.
Marihuana is (mentally, not chemically) addictive but does get you high and it isn't as addictive or unhealthy as cigarettes.

I've been trying to get addicted to cigarettes for the past 16 years or so.

No matter how much I smoke, I still can just leave a pack all "meh.." in my center console.

I smoke at band practice and shows and the occasional one in my car, but that's it.

Never a craving, never an itch for a cigarette.

I've been chipping at smoking for over a decade, and I've always been able to pick it up and put it down whenever I wanted, no problems.

Smoking helps you be more conscious of your breathing; this is how it relaxes you. The nicotine just makes you addicted; it has no real value. Practice meditative breathing if you want to relax; nicotine is worthless for that.

Just whatever you do, don't smoke because you're bored. That's just retarded.

dont start, im already an addict and its not great, it reduces your stamina so badly that you actually feel stupid, ive been trying to quit for over a year now but its just so hard
