Im curious about the NG Dinner on the Friday night. Is that open to anyone, or is sort of a more formal event for the older members?

Fuck that, Melbourne is on the opposite side of the country. Saying that I live in the middle of damn Queensland and it take 16+ hours to get there.

Its open to whomever. Its not really a formal event. Boogley thought I'd want to eat something unique to melbourne and also the logo of that restaurant has a woman with big tits on it.

It was an awesome Meetup, and it was amazing to meet so many great Newgrounds users!

Now, to start preparing for next time...

Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out and being part of this crazy event. I'm always humbled by the amount of talent this site has and just what a great bunch of people the site has in its community. The flight was long, the journey back home equally long, but in the end way worthwhile. Thanks again for hosting us in Melbourne for those that live here, and thank you to everyone for prying away from your own personal lives/work obligations/whatever and participating in being part of the ng community offline.

I often get asked if i ever get tired or feel like meetups start to feel the same and really they dont. Everyone's approach and interaction with this website is unique and intruiging and having events such as this not only highlights it but from a learning perspective it allows the site to take a real pulse of its userbase. A pulse that is way more valuable then an online survey, a q&a or whatever really. Safe Travels
