I've been trying to get into Nile again due to me seeing them live in about 10 days and fuck, they are so incredibly boring. The guitar leads are quite nice, but everything else is boring as fuck, especially the extremely monotone vocal delivery (even though they go two vocalists?! WTF?) and tepid songwriting.

i know what you, mean i do enjopy the occasional blast from them, but its really only for a it of crazy thrashing about or when im in a nice and hyper mood.

Well, I did nap. I did take some vitamins. My neck hurts way to much to read, sadly, and I have no robitussin at my disposal.

So my friend loaned me a CD by Ministry (Rio Grande Blood). Overall, i'd give it a rating of "not too shabby" upon first listen.

I only use robitussin/nyquil/etc. as a last resort to knock myself the fuck out and sleep 18 hours until the sickness goes away or I feel better. Vitamins and rest, maybe a hotpad or icyhot for the muscular pain, unless you have a hearty fever. If so, sounds like the flu, and if that is the case, sleep a lot, drink liquids and get some nourishment (vitamins/soup). If not, watch out because you could have a slipped disc or something serious if its only muscular pain.

I hate being sick/in pain (some people don't I guess) and those are the courses I usually take. Regardless I hope you feel better.
