There's also a retooled cut of one of Andrew Ryan's speeches from Bioshock 1 at the start of the DLC (as delivered by Claptrap and changed to be about robo-rebellions).
Also, the title of the DLC itself is a reference to Custer's Revenge, an infamous adult-themed game released in the late 70's.

Bonus Trivia: Mac OSX spellchecks count "Claptrap" as being a properly spelt word.

KOTOR's HK-47 is a reference to Agent 47.

Actually it was Puck-Man, which was changed to Pac-Man to Prevent Graffiti of Fuck-Man.
