Super Mario Lost Levels was only released in Japan until Super Mario All-Stars (known in Japan as Super Mario Collection) came out in North America. in all Call of duty games there is a blood soaked teddy bear somewhere, the reason for this is because one of the original creators daughters died and she had a teddy bear just like that one, so he just puts it in there.
