Both. I made a FB account and a new artscow account and when I click "Connect to Facebook" it says, "We're sorry, but (my name) has already redeemed this coupon."

I haven't even used my Mousepad yet. I ordered it because it was free more than anything, but when the mousepad I am using wears a little or needs replaced, I have a pretty sweet Black Ops one sitting waiting. I wish I had placed another, second, order for a Trollface mousepad at the same time though.
