Well, sometimes if its bad and I'm not tired, I listen to music and try to draw something that represents how I feel. And while I draw, I think about it all and try to figure out why it is I feel how I feel. That's usually a good way of venting for me. But, if I try that and it doesn't work out (i.e. I hate it, lol), I'll just go watch some show that cheers me up, like Scrubs.
If I'm tired though, I usually end up taking one of my meds that makes me super tired and just go to sleep for like 12+ hours. All that sleep always helps too. :)
That's usually what I do, having a few friends doesn't to talk to doesn't hurt either.. not just about how you feel, but about anything. I say that because I'm an introvert on many levels and I barely talk to anyone even online. So having some form of interaction with people helps me too. :3
