I have a feeling this has been done many-a-time, but regardless:
Team Fortress 2, God of War and COD
Super Nintendo had it all:
Super Mario World, Super Metroid, and Chrono Trigger
3 Best traditional games ever created IMO.
In the area of MMO's I fancy:
Diablo II and Guild Wars

It appears that it's much more welcome here than it would ever be there.
In terms of video games, I would say "Super Mario World". Otherwise, I would probably say something like "The Scale Of The Universe" even though that is not really a game, but rather a short interactive thing, as you can not really win at it. It is at least the best game that I have seen considered a game on Newgrounds.

Well, like many of you, I've played many different games over the last 6-7 years. But I would have to say that the one that always keeps me entertained, no matter how I or it gets, is Max Payne 2. The story or Max Payne 2 never gets old, and it's one of the few games that feature interactive ragdolls (ragdolls that can be shot, moved, etc), bullet time, diving and shooting, duel weapons, and bullet casings and mags that stay on the ground.
Gaiaonline is the best online-game for ever. To be completely honest, I really don't know what's better than the game I'm going to help develop, in a couple of months. It will be called, "Internet World: For The WWWin!"

Soul Calibur or Power Stone 2...or maybe Age of Empires 2... but then there's also Streets of Rage 2, Morrowind and Pokemon Gold/Silver... as well as ToeJam & Earl and Cannon Fodder...

Thing is, though most of you seem to think it only applies to video games, he never said it has to be a video game. Additionally, another best video game ever thread in the VG forum would be very, very lame.
