That's some nice shading you've got there!
You should probably focus on anotomy studies. Anotomy, and proportions, as the hips are a bit too small
Anyways, great job! Congrats on WACOM get!

Well... Lets see...
The head is quite wide, and one eye is wider than the other. The head should be a bit more rounded than it is now.
The hands (especially his right one) are quite funky. It has some really wierd curves in it.
Thats alot of oddly placed creases in his pants, even though his legs arent bent.
Guns arent that small, or normally, that white...
I think the anatomy is off, and yes, the hips are way too small for the size of his shoulders...
@ havegum too, I see some shading, on the face and the jacket and shirt, but i see almost no shading on the pants and the hair.
I really dont want to ask, but, are you using a line tool to do this, because it appears that way? Why not free hand it if you have a tablet?
This text is in bold, which makes me aweso and your statement irrelevant.

wow that's a long reply, can agree on what you saying, but the gun's very small, but i tried to make it a little like a dessert eagle and it's silver, right? and i din't use line tool, i actually used free hand, everything on the picture is free hand.
one more thing.... i don't know have to use line tool on photoshop:P

that's to bad:( i will try not to draw broken legs in my drawings.
If everything is freehand, then why are the lines rigid and jagged, as opposed to curved and smooth?

drawn freehand or drawn in freehand, the art program thats what it looks more like, or flash with auto smoothing

I was very careful when i drawed, so that the lines would be smooth

I kinda knew^^ I was just making a pistol so I thought of desert eagle and took the colour of the gun.

What he means is that there aren't many curves in what you drew, like at the shoulders, hands, and chin.
It's all very angular, when the body doesn't have much in the way of straight lines and pointed edges.
