Every October is National Breast Caner Awareness Month. So what better way to show our support than by celebrating one of the greatest parts of the human body?

Welcome to the "I Love Boobs" Collab

-: What is this all about? :-

Breast Cancer is in no way a laughing matter. Many of us have probably known someone who has survived or been taken by it. Awareness and information are key to getting people tested and treatment started.

The goal of this collab is to bring about awareness of breast cancer. The goal is also to show our love and appreciation to boobs themselves. Your part can be funny, educational, silly, fun or just plain entertaining.

The movie will have flash ads in it and all proceeds will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation!

-: General Rules :-
This collab is meant to be fun and informative. It will not contain pornography, violence, gore or anything that does not fit the spirit of NBCAM!

Of course nudity is allowed in the form of breasts, male or female =p

-: When is this due? :-

The due date will be October 10th, 2009 and will be submitted a few days afterward.

-: Can I join? :-

Anyone can join! However, if your part lacks effort you may be asked to remake it or it won't be a part of the collab.

-: What are the specs? :-
* There are going to be as many parts as I can fit in with at least 10.
* I am working in Flash 8.
* FPS: 24
* Stage Size: Default (550x400px)
* BG Colour: White (Make your own of course!)

-: Wanna be a coauthor? :-
The best parts will be coauthored. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation account will be a non credited author in order to receive the ad revenue. So that leaves all coauthor spots open!

I encourage showing samples of your work through sites like SpamTheWeb. This helps everyone help each other with critiques and advice!

When your part is finished, Email the fla. file to me at ForNoReason@gmail.com with the subject "I Love Boobs Collab".

Huge supporter of this since my girlfriend's friend had to get some tumors removed from her breasts.

I can't say I'll take a part yet since school is just about to start up and I already have like 3 other things on my plate.
But I might do something for this collab!

If your part is good enough, you'll be co-authored. You can't just automatically have a co-author spot

Even with people being aware of the cancer itself, many people still do not know of the tests that should be performed monthly, annually, etc. or the treatments available for the disease. Also we will bring awareness to the research foundation and help support them in their fight for a cure! XD

I'd like to do something (maybe preloader) but I need to know if someone else can save a CS3 version down to Flash 8 for me -- I have CS4 and it can only save down to 3.

Aw, heck, I'll just work on a preloader and then I'm sure we can find someone to do the saving down. Cool?

Could I submit a part done in an earlier version of flash? It would still be compatible, yes?

I know a few Women, myself, who have had this frighteningly common, horrible disease.
(I understand that doesn't make me anymore AWARE of Breast Cancer than anyone else though.)
I can't wait to see what kind of stuff is put on this collab.

Oh thank goodness. Preloader's mostly done but I want to put a sweet ending on it and I've been procrastinating. Look for it soon!
