I hate to say it but google is your best friend. I personally don't use FL nor do I know how to so hunt and search on your own. You're bound to find something you're looking for. A big part of getting better at this music thing is through self-exploration really and practice practice PRACTICE. I'd actually have to say that practice is extremely important and one of the sure-fire ways of improving.
i did cant find jackshit, surely someone must have like a site to give me for this
just search for VSTi's on google.
What kind of sounds are you looking for? because I can throw random shit at you that won't help if you're making a different genre.
i googled, couldnt find any for free at least
i thought thered be a site?
but im actually looking for a tuba like in this song (starts at 0:22)

Good point. I was actually just referring to the sound itself being some lame electronic fart noise rather than an orchestral instrument.

Lol, I suppose that kind of sound is good enough to replace an orchestral instrument, considering the song and all.

C'mon! I'm sure fart noises are a suitable replacement for what you need.

no they arent!! Somebody please help!!
i agree with you that it doesnt sound like a fart noise put to me it just sounds like a distorted horn being blow through paper.
i think if you want that youd better start doing some twweking and using some FX

Ok, well jarrydn provided you a good link. Browse through that and see if you can find what you're looking for.
Also, Google is pretty useful. Know that the instruments you'll find may not be free, so they'll cost you. If it's really worth it, buy them.

I'm not even going to bother linking you to the audio software page on that first link I gave you, because you should have read it first like I suggested.
