Hi! I have no idea how to make my own music on my computer. I am not good with instruments. Can someone please tell me about tips and programs to do this with?

A very simple and yet advanced program is Fruityloops. It has everything you need to make professional music. It has a piano roll so you can program the melodies by clicking in it. There are several more programs which has this feature but this is one of the easiest programs . (IMO)
And another way to get skilled is to just keep trying.
I think Renoise is another great way to make music.
I think it is free as well , check it out.
Hope this helps some.

I started playing around with the open source midi sequencer Jazz++. You'll be limited to the general midi sounds that come with your computer(i.e. horrible sounding), but hey it's a start and you can start the fun and rewarding path of song craft.

And if you can make something sound decent with General MIDI, then you'll be prepared to make better stuff as you move onto more complex software.

Study music theory and what goes into the songs you like. Download the midi files of songs you like and study them to get a good idea, inspiration for your own songs.

It takes some time and practice to make anything really good, but just have fun with it.

It wasn't until my 15th attempt at a piece of music that I had something sounding decent, and actually like music instead of just messing around.

It hasn't been until recently that I've started to feel like I can make an expressive piece of music that I'm really proud of and not something completely amateur. And I started over 3 years ago. So it takes time, but it's really worth while.

Take piano lessons. Sure-fire way to get you started on your musical aspirations. When you can play a keyboard based instrument, you can play anything. Keyboards and emulate almost any instruments out there. For fun, go out ot a department store and buy youself a $150 dollar 55 key special. Have loads of fun with it, then get serious about learning actual songs......

Or if it's more your thing, go take guitar lessons. Piano and guitars both are a great jump start to music and aren't that hard to learn.

Even though this is a ridiculous question. (HOW I MAEK MUSICZZZ?!?)

Listen. Go listen to as much music in your preferred genre as possible. When you get comfortable with your selected tool (be it a keyboard, a guitar or just your computer) try to emulate it. Learn about song structures, harmonies, chord progressions. Use your ears as well as your mind. Get a nice book on theory to understand how notes work together.

Oh yeah, listen to music! I mean actively listen, not just play it while you're doing other stuff. Set time aside to LISTEN to the music. Learn its every nuance. Become its best friend.

Or do what I did , don't take guitar lessons.
But try to learn everything yourself.
And / or see august rush.

Or start whistling. Or humming. The human vocal chord is the most versatile musical instrument you can use....

Since the important place was linked above, I'll give you bad information.

First, buy a new computer, buy a new mic, then take apart the computer and throw the parts on concrete, these will be your "beats".

Amen to that. The only musical instrument I can play is my computer. I find myself from time to time whistling at 4am cause my ear drums are fried and I can't put something down on the piano roll.

I think the hardest thing for me was not taking any music classes and jumping into FL. I still dont know how to read music, understand what a "major" is and other various essential know how.

I don't know how I get up the motivation to make music sometimes...

...dammit I'm all depressed now...
