no, he distinctly said you shouldn't send attachments because thats the reason why the mail thing got fucked up and may have caused some people to have their applications lost

depending on where you are it costs roughly 70 cents - 4 dollars.... its a postcard sized piece of paper. If 70 cents - 4 dollars is out of your budget then probably time to rethink it.
