I didn't get any of the bird/crystal/jump/altitude medals. :/

150 crystals is getting 150 of the blue crystals in game. and max altitude I believe means flying at the top of the screen.
I can confirm that the 50pt secret medal is not to unlock 10 hats or save up 5000 crystals. I'm at 85% of the 18,000 crystal achievement, maybe that is it. Also tried buying 5 hats and that didn't do anything.

I didn't receive the collect 10,000 crystals medal, even though I maxed out the counter at 9,999, and collected another zone's worth of 'em. Also, I'm sure I've done 1,000 perfect jumps, but no medal for that one either.

Well then, it's pretty broken then. Unless the crystals I've been seeing all over the place don't count for some reason. Same goes for the rest of the medals, except for the hat one, Worldly Goods, and all the zone ones (not sure about Shroombelievable).

My guess was spot on. Good thing I'm well on my way to getting every hat! El Diablo (20 perfect streak in Zone 6) is the only hard one I have to do now, then it's a matter of grinding for enough perfect jumps for the Booty hat.

He got them a while before the game came out, it's perfectly possible that he didn't get any medals since then.

For Dillo Hills, I'm fairly certain that I've met the requirements for some more medals, but they aren't unlocking, no matter which mode I'm playing. This is just weird as hell. Also, the mushrooms are mocking me =(
El Diablo is the only hat I have left to unlock, and I'm finding it really difficult to get 20 jumps in, let alone 20 perfects. Anyone have ideas on this?

A score of 27 is apparently enough to get the 100 pointer. However, below 21 is not. I wish I could be of better help, but that's all the data I have =/
No idea on the secret medal. Just about the only obvious thing I haven't tried was to beat the game with a terribad score.

The score has to be 25 or more. I got a 24 and didn't received the medal.

LOL, yes. I can confirm it is definitely 25 or more. I had exactly 25 and had around 600 feet to go (500 gets you automatically to the tower), so I died because I got into a rock and that was my last life. I was really pissed off, but fortunately before the screen when into the game over screen with the blurring and stuff, I got the medal when the guy was automatically climbing up! Thank god I don't want to do this anymore. I still need that secret medal, though.

Wow pretty amazing you have all the hats already. I thought there were 2/3 of them I would never get, including El Diablo.
I wish I could help, but my only recommendation would be to start from scratch with a clean save file. I recall reading a few pages back that he temporarily removed the medal pop-ups and put them back up. So perhaps your save file has them as being sent, so they don't resend.
