Urban Wars medals seem to have points now.
Is it just me, or does that game have some lagging issues? Every time it has to transfer to a new screen I get long waiting times and 'is not responding' messages.

Hmm weird. I've also set the quality on low, but it still keeps lagging every time I go from one screen to the other.

Some of the urban wars medals are broken for me? 10 hippy girls and 100 earned money medals didn't unlock for me, however they did in game. And I earned the emo superkicks called medal, but it's not registered on my in-game achievements. Anybody else having this problem?

Seems like there are broken medals all over the place. Though it's possible that the connection to NG is in the gutter atm.

PS: Islands are random.
Given that nearly everything is generated randomly, even the island maps and dungeons, I'd say the odds of there being an actual ending are very slim.
Yeah I doubt there is an ending to that game. I think i'm level 56 on Island 6. This place had 5 castles with 4 quests each. Decided to end it there, maybe i'll get on hardcore mode tonight.

Pretty easy game. 26 levels to beat it, clicking on the continue automatically gives you the Diehard medal. Destroying easter baskets give you health eggs that replenishes health to full. Standard gun is powerful, and can be used against bosses pretty effectively. Also good for stockpiling other weapons. Destroying house don't give you anything but they are one less obstacle in the way, as you circle around groups of enemies. Rocks are annoying, epsecialy when you can see them under the blood and slime.
By the way, having a powerful computer is a must for this game, otherwise it well just laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag.

Does anyone have 'quick draw' from the spike game? I tried reaaaaaally hard to hit the guy as far left as I could, but I can't get it. I got the medal for hitting far right side easily enough though...

I'm pretty sure that one doesn't work. I haven't seen anyone with that medal, and like you said, the other 2 are really easy. I finished the story mode with a perfect score so I played the game enough to be fairly sure about it.
Urban Wars is driving me crazy. When you both call the Superkick, the game freezes (for me at least) and I loose all progress up to the last time I closed the game. Also, sometimes the game just won't start after loading a level (defense) and I can't continue with that particular gang. I wouldn't care much about it, but I don't have any fun playing the game.

The 100 earned money medal didn't register for me either.
I think it's just broken. I see plenty of reviews in which people are claiming the game contains a lot of glitches, so it's likely that some medals are glitched too.

I was wondering about Quick Draw. Thought I just needed more pixel perfect precision when I try to smash the dude.
I have noticed the freezing issues for Urban War on my crappy lappy, but I was able to complete the Punk campaign on my desktop computer. It's a pretty damn tedious grind, and the balance for the computer is pretty wonky. Case in point, the Metal band was the last band I had to deal with, and their guys had 20 HP, 3 attack, 1 second timers each.
The superkick powers are pretty damn useless in the grand scheme of things imo. The computer uses the band's default superkick nonstop whenever they have less life than you do, they use the cop superkick whenever you have an absurd amount of guys on the field, and they use the mama superkick whenever you have a single lane spammed up (duh).

That's the only way. You can anticipate it when you have a lot of people on one line. A good strategy is to send a bunch on one line, s-kick and send mama. That should clear that line, banking that a second mama isn't sent.
I'm finding what works for me is to upgrade power on one unit only and decrease the time to 1 second. Increase your resources once. In game, just keep sending that one unit out when an enemy sends theirs, waiting until they almost reach your side. Keep doing this until their resources are almost depleted, then try to send a bunch just before they hit 0. You'll get a lot more money this way and can upgrade much faster. I've noticed when they hit 0, everyone on your side pops out, then the computer sends the police and you end up using 100% resources. I'm not sure if this affects the money earned or not, however. Killing everyone, or as close to everyone possible, definitely increases the money earned, though. Just make sure your resources increase to cover the opponent side. With a high-power unit, you should be able to take out 2-5:1 units.

I got it last night, so it was working then. If you're referring to the die hard medal, you have to beat level 26, with all the bosses, for the ending to show up, then click continue. I'm not sure if clicking the submit button ends the game, because I just chose to continue...

Just worked for me. Then I realized I hadn't got the secret medal, so I tried a whole bunch of things.
-picking up the health eggs / easter baskets
-destroying all the buildings
-pick up a health egg with VERY little energy
-getting to wave 30
None of the above work, then I realized it was something MUCH more simple. What a waste of 10 minutes lol

Yeah, I wanted to query this, too, since I haven't got that medal. I'm assuming it's getting your mama (first out) killed by the opponent's mama (second out).
I'm also missing the $100 medal and the 10 goth chicks.
Whilst I'm whining about medals, I'm prob going to stop after I've completed the game a 2nd time. To play this game 5 times seems like a total grind, especially when the gameplay is just spam-spam-spamming units.
