Daily first probably went to Tomfulp, cause he would have been the first one to post a flash on this site.

It started somewhere from 02-04
At the bottom of the flash portal you can see "Past Daily Winners" and it goes back to 04. Maybe it goes back more idk.

This submission is at the very bottom, making it at least the first recorded daily winner. Otherwise, there's not much you can do to find the VERY first.
