Everyone's been so distant to me...

Good riddance. I got more spare time for music now.

Something needs to go here.

Rubik's cubes

Since everyone's talkin about 'em... here's a video i made sometime back showing that I could indeed solve them. I hadn't practiced up, and I've spent exactly zero time optimizing algorithms, so it's definitely not close to fast.

I did it well under a minute while drunk once.

when i first started out, i was able to do them with that method in under a min, but not that fast.

I uploaded a video recently of me solving my cube. My average is around 30 seconds. i need to re lubricate my cube because it was getting stuck so my solve was about +5 seconds more than it could have been.

Yeh, I saw the reviews :D thanks man. I use FL Studio for everything, but obviously some VsTi to add on. all my remixes were done by ear, I had a couple midi rips on here a long time ago and I deleted them before they could get anywhere D: They were shit anyways xD Thanks again for those reviews, I love it when things finally turn out for me :D

People are stupid.

Lol: Reason's Synth Stack

I just tried fondling one of the fake digital screws on my synth stack and it came out. It gave me a surprisingly good lol. I've been using the program for a few years now and I never thought to try that. The best part about it was when I tried to ctrl z the thing to undo the unscrewing and the program didn't register the unscrewing as an action so I ended up undoing my project instead. Fucking hilarious :P

by loop you mean make a track that loops perfectly on NG?

its not THAT easy, i always tell people "good job" if a track loops well

even selecting wrap remainder in FL doesnt always do the trick, ive never been able to pull off a perfect loop

Plus, I think the AP player likes to add a split-second of silence at the end every now and then, just to annoy us.

Yeah, the AP player can be a little wonky like that. It's almost like you have to design your song with it in mind if you wanna release a nice looping song here.

When I do that, the subtractor just falls out of the rack and down into the bottomless pit... so I don't use the subtractor anymore

So who else is flying home, or flying somewhere on New Years Eve?

I have to get back to England then... it's gonna be a real pain in the ass in the Airport.

New Year's Eve

I won't be in town, which means I WON'T HAVE ANYONE TO KEES. :(

My girlfriend will be on the other side of the country at home.

I guess I'll just kiss my aunt's cat.

RIP Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan

Not sure if any of you are Avenged Sevenfold fans, but yesterday their drummer, The Rev, died.

Are you using reason 4? Also, I think it only works on the subtractor...

They're saying natural causes as of now and I hope it stays that way. It would really suck if it were any different.

He was 28. What natural causes? :-l
