About that, watched the news a couple of weeks ago and scientists have recalculated the mayan prophecy. It turns out there have been made some slight mistakes upon the initial calculation and the world will not end in 2012, but rather around 2500.
You know what I find hilarious about this? All those movies with 2012 at motive, don't they look like fools now lmfao.

And its false, since they forget that the middle ages werent counted (lost 200 years). Added that 2012 isnt about a doomsday, a end of the world nor a religious happening, its about a planetary cycle.
