Now I don't have access to flash at the moment, but i have an idea that some can use, have blanka and zangeif do the fusion dance from dragon ball z and turn into incredible hulk.

we haven't received that many submissions yet so there's no absolute way of knowing...just go with whatever character you think would make the best joke - just preferably not ken and ryu.
