Now i know what you are all thinking, the dumb pothead got expelled for smoking on school grounds. What a retard. So your partially right. Heres how it went:

My friend went up to me around ten and told me he wanted to smoke in the school bathroom. So i told him i had some stuff on me and that i would meet him there next period. SO i thought to myself il go, give him the shit an leave. I haven't smoked in months and i wasn't about to start up again.

So I met him there, and gave him everything. He lights up and I went to make sure no one was coming. I came back, took a piss, took a pull (just enough to remember the taste) and decided to leave. He stayed in there and finished it up.

Next period i got called to the office. At that point i knew i was fucked. So they told me my friend got busted and ratted me out. They said i was going to get expelled unless I told them all the dealers I knew. I told them i couldn't and that I refused to pull anyone one along down with me. They went on a whole moral religious crusade rant about how marijuana is a gate way drug and has many negative effects. I countered almost everything they said which started getting them pissed. Then I told the principal how smoking is potentially more dangerous than marijuana and how nicotine is just a legal drug. That really pissed him off because he's an heavy smoker.

So now I'm expelled from that school (its a private school) and will probably go to my shitty public school for the rest of the year. My parents don't know what to believe. The principal told them basically told them I'm a heavy drug user and a dealer. I told them i gave it to my friend because it helps his depression (which is partially true).

So yeah, I'm fucked. I made a stupid mistake and now I've got to pay.

I would never smoke in the bathroom though. Does your school not let you guys outside? It's much safer and you'd never get caught if you did it properly.

It really is your bad, though. You should have known better. There's not much you can do now except learn from your mistakes.

Its not that i wanted to protect my dealers. Its that i would have to have given them the names of several people (who were my friends and good kids too). Also knowing the guy, he wouldn't have done shit for me. Another problem was that if the kids had found out who ratted on them, I'm screwed. And it wouldn't be that hard to figure out. I got busted for drugs and an hour later they got busted.

And i forgot a good part of the story. My mom came and started ranting. She went from weed to cigarettes and how they were bad right in front of my principal. He looked a little pissed at that point.

I've been expelled twice and I missed a year and a half of school. I still graduated within well within my alloted 4 years with more than enough credits.

I agree that getting caught is dumb. He should've been more careful. But that doesn't take away from the fact that drugs, especially marihuana, should be legal. Marihuana has been proven time and time again to have positive effects on the human body. Of course, anything in abuse is wrong(i.e. tobacco, which should never be banned).

I'd have to agree... I went to a private school myself, and we would have been expelled for having alcohol on school grounds and smoking, least of all possession and use of drugs (which whether they should be or not are illegal).

Do what you want in your spare time, I have nothing against people who take drugs recreationally (even though I don't do so myself)- it's your choice. But it is just stupid to carry that kind of thing around in school, least of all use it, whether it be yourself or a friend.

You got what you deserved, make the best of it now.

I did read the topic. I also already acknowledged that his actions were a bit stupid. But this kind of behaviour comes as a result of an oppressive government.

You can't really be blamed for being mislead. What I'm trying to say is that the fault is not fully his. It's also the parent's fault that the child is acting this way.

Bah, private school sucks anyway. Public is way better, I've been to both, the environment is much friendlier and they don't expell you for weed. As a matter of fact, my 2 friends had a similar story, except my principal came down and told them to get their bags, and at the last second he stashed his pipe in his desk. Plus they only had rez hits.
