EDIT: Taking Buoy's suggestions, I killed some of the reverb from the piano, bass, and cymbals, and I turned the drums down ever so slightly. Also added some stuff here and there. So yes, new version!
Polargeist is a game a friend of mine's team of university students is working on. It's an ice-themed tower defence game aimed at kids around 8 years of age and over! Here are more details about it along with the track I made which will be played during the game: http://goo.gl/EFEcf
This is the menu theme. I kinda rushed it, since it says I only spent around 6 hours on it. Usually for a song of this length I'd spend at least 10 hours, but unfortunately I've got a tonne of work to do so I've got to speed up!
This uses Omnisphere for everything except the drums which are from Vengeance, the piano which is from East/West Symphonic Orchestra Silver, and the wind sounds which are from my mouth. In this track I realised how easy it is to make catchy stuff with a swing rhythm haha. I also used bitcrushing for the first time in this track and I am IN LOVE with the effect.
