I love that little spindly bastard!
This is a game that really immerses you in its gritty environment, and unlike many Flash games, the characters actually have some personality. Some voice acting might have added to this, but that's a suggestion, really, not a complaint. Besides, adding voices might enlarge the file size too much anyway. One thing that might really help, though, is a button off to the side that would allow the player to skip cutscenes if he so wishes.
I love the combination system; it can really save your ass to be able to blast an enemy's head off while his energy is half full instead of trying to wear him down while other bikers are stalking you. I also agree with the idea behind the weakened pistols, and it adds a whole new element of brutality to be able to include martial arts and firearms in a single fight combo. It works a hell of a lot better than "Tomb Raider", because Lara Croft had no close combat skills and was forced to shoot the same monkey in the face 47 times with her dual pistols. Plus the monkey never tried to slather her with flaming whiskey. Lara Croft wouldn't last a minute in Cobalt City.
