Not sure why this is a featured series...
I saw this series featured on the NewGrounds front page. Zombies? Had to be cool, but then again other zombie stories flop big time, this doesn't seem like any exception.
Like the guy said before, gotta hand it to you for putting forth some effort (at least I think you did). The premise seems like it could wor well if executed right, which it's not done here. Learn to draw something aside from anime, take time drawing, learn how to draw a storyboard, learn how to write, learn how to design, the whole nine yards. What annoyed me most is that after sitting through that long, boring, drawn-out, badly drawn (and painfully hard to read) prologue, we're then given some poorly done animation and what's more is that you hardly even give us much of a chance to see if you'll be any good at that. Some guys walk into a building, you play music from RE2, they shoot a zombie, walk into a room, end. Wow.
Seriously felt like a good premise, a mix of Aleins (what with the atmosphere thing) and The Return of the Living Dead (which was a horrible zombie story as well, with a good premise). Yet it didn't cut it by a long shot. I'm going to check out the second one in hopes you improved in some aspect, but with this dull opening I'm not going to have expectations at all.
