this was good. i really enjoyed it. i think the graphics were good actully. you have a goog taste in putting music in the movie to. comet magnum is cool, and dont listen to the people who rate it because of one problem they see, or becuase the graphics, those people are ignorent fucks. well overall this wuz good. and cant wait till you make the other ep. =D

I'm just curious, is this the best art that you can do? It's obvious you have talent, but for some reason your graphics look like those from someone who has had flash for under an hour. If you could improve on the graphics, which I'm SURE you're capable of, more people would enjoy your work, which has great potential, I might add. Also, recording some voices in would really improve everyone's view on it.
The reason the art is kinda rushed is that I have many ideas for Flash series and I really want to get some other ideas I have (I've got a WHOLE LOT of them!). Hell, I can draw better than that if given more time, but I really like to do series in a nutshell. If you spend to much time on them you get bored and decide to dump it. I've had that experience before. I can draw stuff like anime characters and stuff, but that wouldn't be original. I want to be remembered for my own work and not copying someone elses. The reason there is no voice is because I don't know anyone willing to do voice work and I suck at acting.
Why should you create better graphics?
I've seen some of the earlier episodes but couldn't continue because of the graphics. Your story may be good (as you mentioned it) but without good graphics it's hard to watch.
So, should you create better graphics? Because graphics contributes to the presentation. Would you go to Britney Spears's concert (I don't know if you like her, but for the sake of argument, let's assume you do like Britney) where she just stands there and sings her songs? If she is standing there, then why bother going to the show? You could just listen to the CD. I come to NG (as well as many other users) because I want to see graphics that goes well with the content. If I want a good story, I read a book.
You could get a lot more fans if you put more effort into your work. A lot of fans! If you don't have time, maybe you could team up with a few animators from NG.

Well, it doesn't help that much. I tried teaming up with some animators to work on a project, but it took way to freaking long to finish one episode and we eventually dumped the idea. Also, some people like musicians who just stand there and sing songs. Britney Spears does have a lot of effects at her concerts, but it doesn't mean her songs are good. Something to think about.
