Oh man, what a little dose of creativity THIS little gem was. I know we see repeating themes at Newgrounds, but give me a god damned break, kid. The whole shrooms thing involving Mario? That's getting MIGHTY tired. You know what? Do some shrooms. They're easy, literally, as shit, to get. Go for it. Mushrooms don't inspire keggers. Leave your beer at home. If you'd given me a scene with the metroids looking at a lava lamp for hours or freaking out, that would've made me laugh . . . a little. That's just nit-picking, though, and I'm not so trifflin' that I would actually care about those details. But for fuck's sake lad, yes, psilocybian mushrooms make you hallucinate, yes Mario ate "magic" mushrooms to get bigger. It was, at one point, very funny. It needs to end and I think this animation actually killed that entire strain of jokes. It's probably for the best, anyway. But it could've gone out with a bang, instead, it went out with choppy animation that's rather easy to accomplish, shitty graphics, shitty sound, and I was actually annoyed to see Metroid characters showing up by the end of this little short. And I love Metroid. So I'm pretty sure it's just that you suck and, for the first time EVER, since I've visited Newgrounds, I'm going to blam something, because this piece is empty and hollow like your soul. It is devoid of substance. Never make another piece about video games and/or drugs again.
