it is very ok
sometimes there are unavoidable attacks that you cant dodge or shoot (because of the single weapon and the 10 second cooldown), but its an ok pastime with ok audio and ok everything
Decent, especially for the time frame.
One critique is that the laser felt kinda useless. Most of the time you're only gonna hit 2/8 ships in a single wave (not enough to significantly reduce incoming fire), and it's entirely useless when you're dodging the enemies that only shoot down by staying at the top.
If this were developed into a full game, maybe have enemies home towards you so you can kite them into a lump, then spend the laser charge to kill as many as possible.
the music is a banger, and the game is fun too!
I like the mechanics!
