I think this might be the best city management game on Newgrounds! The game has a very nice feeling of progression and sprinkles in a small history lesson as well.

Well thought out and very fun game.
Wow Holy cow I finally beat this. And when I did I had to sell a lot of stuff in that final turn just to afford the final upgrade. THAT was tough.
This is a really well made game and it is extremely fun
