English: help I can't use newgrounds player because there is an error that says "api-ms-win-crt-runtime- | 1-1-0.dll" is missing from the computer

When I try to launch it in Newgrounds Player, it says I need to install Flash (even though I already had it installed?) and when asked if I wanted to install it, I pressed "Yes" and nothing happened. I know Newgrounds Player works even though Flash stopped being supported because I've used it before, but now it all of a sudden requires it?
