i literally been grinding for weeks, cant get thru any of this ice part, this game was great at first now its just bullshit

You don't need to grind in this game... just lower the difficulty if it's too hard.
Played for 14 hours over a few days. Loaded it today and my files are gone. Same log-in, same laptop, even still shows my achievements.
