A solid experience for 5 minutes, with narrative & gameplay which while simple don't overstay their welcome. Though it could use some polish (the controls are a bit wonky & it could be clearer when leaving the screen leads to progress and when it leads to your death), the StuffedWombat charm is definitely spread throughout the art & writing. As such, the credits are likely my favorite part of the game.

Loved it! Truly a testament to how a minimalist experience can bring out immense enjoyment and feelings. Not only did I find myself caring for the plight of my pixel protagonist, but I was even further drawn in by the text that had myself reading out loud under my breath in some strange old timey narrative tone, ha.
Even more so, I took a metaphor from it: When you're a kid, you have so many boundaries that are right there physically in front of you, only to grow up, surpass those boundaries, and find new ones leaving the previous ones to become merely stepping stones.
I could just be on a good one and not making too much sense, but thank you for making this fun experience :)

I dont think the game liked that i ended upside down, because upon trying to play it again, the world was a fuck, possibly the bug that wasn't fixed?
