There seems to be great deal of confusion on Coppa. All you need to do is Click "not for kids" in each videos settings. Your forced to check "for" or "not for" on new videos.
Previously Youtube got fined because they created an app "called for kids" & some parents realized that there were videos in the app that shouldn't be cause youtube didn't ask of if they could put our content in their app.
Yes youtube's first genius move was to shut down channels that didn't know their content was being used in a kids app, and channels like DadOfFive who the child protection agency ruled was abusing his kids (which I think that Under "The Influencer toon" you made was about); as well as anyone using the keyword "Luna" cause China. Oh and then there's that whole Elsa Gate thing where girls ship fantasies of characters making out. Then there's real pedos time stamping underage kids in gymnastics.
Alternatively flood youtube with not kid friendly count from fake accounts & then join a lawsuit against youtube, as you make more money quickly.
Coppa sucks!
