You could have been more kid-friendly but this is pretty good anyway I guess.
It's all fine and good that COPPA is doing it's job with protecting Children under the age of 13. But at the same time, It only furthers the American stigma that "CaRtOoN's ArE JuSt FoR KiDs!"
Until the day mainstream America stops shaming it's own animation industry, Newgrounds will be around as the only sanctuary of True animation.
But as for this animation short: It is well made! trying to show the audience that cartoons are not for kids. Despite the main character/animator being a little childish himself. Very entertaining.
Newgrounds is the definition of free speech
If anything, it the video encapsulates the fears a lot of people have.
That being said, if it doesn't end up going the way people think it is, then yay crisis averted by affect of not being there in the first place
If it does though, well, Newgrounds is gonna have some new life brought back into it =)
