Man. This has potential to be a really great game! First off- wonderful work on the visuals and the audio. Everything looks like an awesome 16-bit style and I enjoyed that part of this thoroughly.
That said, I feel like it would help to be told the controls blatantly at the beginning. I spent a couple of minutes fumbling around my keyboard trying to figure out what everything did. I also feel like the boss would be better if it showed I was damaging it in some way [like partially flashing white each time a round hit her].
Lookin forward to seeing more!

How do I defeat the wasp boss? Once I lose my armor she simply keeps running after me, and no matter how many times I shoot her, she simply doesn't react, with main shot or misiles, I even tried to wait it out escaping, but nothing happened. It's really frustrating, tough the game mecanic and gameplay are top-notch. But I don't know how to defeat the first boss!! So the rest of the game still is a mistery :(
