Reviews for "Bloodborne NES"
Pretty good, I must say.
Things to improve on, maybe future updates:
- Controls: Maybe W for jumping AD for moving and then L or any other button for attacking, another button (K) to use in combination with L to shoot.
- I think the character should be more agile, maybe add a stamina bar too
- Though it would be cool to replicate the stamina bar and the mechanic to regenerate health after being hit by hitting another enemy (though I can see the similar mechanic, though it would be cool to replicate it 100%)
Overall great game, really impressed! The further I played the more I loved it.

You know, this shares the spirit of Bloodborne very well. Everything is learnable, and the dogs are the worst enemy in the entire game. At least it works like the original in that guns mess dogs up.
But the artwork is beautiful, the hunter looks very clean, death means as much in this game as it does in the original, and you get right back into the game as fast as Super Meat Boy.
I see a lot of people complaining about the controls. Thing is, this is a very honest NES demake. NES had two buttons and a D-pad. That was it. If you had an NES controller with USB support, you could play this game with it, and I appreciate that attention to detail.
Your game is very well made and I'm only ending the review here so that I can get the ending theme to stop looping.
