Great work, nice animation and voices.
Critiques are the overly dour and grim-dark character. It needs to be a bit more light and less heavy.

It's Like Neon Genesis Evangelion meets Crimson Skies.
Picture dieselpunk aircraft dogfighting with a massive terrifying eldritch terror. Very intense. Production values are pretty top notch. Animation style is reminiscent of something like Foster's Home, with motion tweens and a "cut paper" appearance for character design theory, but the tone is much darker. There seems to be deeper story underneath it all. Good luck on the next entry.
Well everything looks and sound cool (especially screams and moanings of big scary head), but that grumpy tech guy inside my brain is... well grumping. About shit like "you can't have industrial society on flying islands becose you can't find oil on flying island" but exept this just 3 big WTF- 1. Why carrier don't run away while our guys fight big head? 2. Just one fighter jet and one... flying lazer aquarium is all your offerencive bakeup? 3. Sorry but NOONE KNOW WHAT DOWN THERE BEHIND THE CLOUDS?! REALLY? btw still great animation and awesome sound

As a Pilot this is amazing work. The only note I could give, is to avoid imitating what has come before. As the miniseries develops, I would love to see how it separates itself and becomes its own. You have a steep hill to climb, but with your skill has shown your ability and commitment.
