the end was a little frustrating, and i understand you wanted to make a point but the gameplay was linear and i didnt really like having to redo it to get past the hole. anyways, the game is great aside from that
Nice style, and I love the music- it really adds atmosphere and sets the tone. I liked how the message was simple, meaningful, and well communicated. It presents some food for thought, without being too heavy handed. A refreshing or unique perspective is something I look for in an experimental game, as well as an individual style, and this one has all of that. Game mechanics work well, and are intuitive to discover and use. However, it would have been nice to have some very basic instruction at the beginning of the game, as well as a definitive ending after becoming stuck in the hole (though this may contradict the game message, I'm not sure).
All in all, a great little game I enjoyed very much.
What I gather is that the 3 other eggs at the beginning are to show you the mechanics, (the thin orange breaks you, the fluffy orange is safe) other than that, i'm not entirely sure what the goal is, other than to cross the escape-less pit
Apart from that, the art style is cute, and it controls easily.
Would have been a great game if the screen didn't turn grey when I got on or off the moving platform at the start :'(
