I liked this A LOT. I love your story. I love the premise of the story. I love the moral of the story. However, I think there could have been an improvement. What if every day you went out and accomplished these tasks instead of reading about them? You could implement it as an R.P.G. system, etc. Nothing too exciting, in fact, I wonder if the story would benefit if the small quest was kind of mundane. So, you do your little daily quest and then are welcomed to the comforts of home. Anyways, it's your game and it's already good. I just thought I'd add a thought to my review.

Thanks for the feedback! That does sound like a good idea and I actually wanted to do something similar when I was making it. The only problem was that this was my first real attempt at finishing a game so I had even less skill than I do now and putting in simple RPG elements was a bit outside my range of abilites at the time. If I make a third game in the Home series then I definitely want to put in more RPG style gameplay and flesh out the story and characters much more.
Although as not as climactic or as long as I thought it was going to be, I enjoyed this game. Just a few grammatical/spelling mistakes here and there, but everything else is good. The story surely is a bit cliche, but I really like it. I hope to see more of the characters/story in a new game, I would definitely play it! Other than that, good job on the game. Also, the music was almost too perfect, great job on that.

Who knew a heavily story-based game could be this immersive. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it. Well done!
There were a couple typos in the game and the characters looked funny in a good way. :)
