This is okay for what amounts to a loop for spanking it. The codes are interesting, but it's the same basic model with little variation, and it would be more fun if controls were just off to one side.
I don't know how difficult it is to have four toggle menus with arrows to select the options. I have also seen similar games of this type where position was an option. The typing element just leaves the user stuck with something unless they right-click and select Rewind to go back to the start screen and select different options.
Graphics and coding were good, so your collaborating artists did fine.
It's a bit sophomoric and even characters with smaller breasts are given larger and larger ones. This could have been done just a little bit better. Maybe try to have the characters a bit more representative of the originals, instead of a different head on the same body.

Clearly there are controls (as you can mouse over them), but I can't see them other than the whisper/play menu at the beginning. I don't know if there are meant to be invisible or not, but it would be better if they were visible. Fix this and it would be an awesome game!
