Reviews for "Future Fragments - NEW Electric Level Demo"

The control is good and even without the background it seem this game will be fun and succesful to me. Maybe change the information that flying around turn it into a hologram or something. Also the character need a little bit of work like her body, hair but the breast is fine XD.Can you add to the console for people who playing game using WASD to walk?

hentaiwriter responds:

Yeah, we'll have cutscenes that will tell the story visually and audibly instead of walls of text. We probably won't be changing Talia's design at this point though, and unfortunately we don't have any plans to bring it to a console.

You'll be able to reconfigure the controls to anything you like though in future versions!

EDIT: We just added reconfigurable keys!

Not bad.
Graphics were very good for a side-scroller. Girl hurling magic in alternating fashion from her hands was pretty cool. Story bits I didn't really understand all that well, but that might have been because I couldn't get to all of them.
Could have used more variety to the backgrounds, though I suppose when your base is built inside an active volcano (or maybe fault line) there isn't really much to see.
If I had to name a game this was similar to (also an H-game) I'd say Kurovadis, though the graphics for this game far outstrip that one.
Another thing that surprised me was voice-acting, though I could have done without her making noise every time she threw an attack.
Good variety of enemies (for a demo) each with its own style of attack and weakness.
The hentai aspect isn't fantastic, but the not-too-hard challenge aspect of gameplay more than makes up for it; if I was looking for a game to play exclusively for the hentai aspect of it there are literally hundreds-to-thousands of other games I could play. This is not the primary focus here.

Knowing what little I do about this game's universe, I have to wonder if that demon-spawner isn't the king after he gets that suit.

hentaiwriter responds:

Thanks for the rating and review!

The story will be a lot more clear with cutscenes, visual/audio databanks, and other such things supplementing the text alone in future builds. :)

The backgrounds we do plan to expand on also once we get parallax scrolling in the game, for sure!

We don't want to make hentai the primary focus and make it into a glorified animation gallery, but it is a solid part of the game and the game's storyline both; it'll probably become more evident once we get cutscenes and the like in. :)

I promise you that the demon spawner isn't the king :P

Man that last boss got me hyped. Great game

As a pornographic game, it's 5 stars. As a game that has pornographic elements, we have some issues. This is a story based game but how does it tell the story? With texts... Reading long texts while playing, it's like taking a break from the game to read a book. It's not really preferable, I like them on their own.

And I can't see everything, so if I was playing for the story, I'd be really concerned that I am missing some terminals, thus story. And I want to find power-ups and fragments too. Game sends me back to the hub every time I got captured and for a skill-based game like this, it can be hard. So, it would be great to see terminals, power-ups and fragments in the map after I first saw them. I mean it doesn't have to show which power-up or which terminal it is, just a square would be enough, something to say "Oh I missed something there, maybe it is a fragment or a terminal or a power-up but I better check it.". As I said, otherwise I get nervous that I am missing something. After I entered a room or maybe after they entered the screen, it would be nice to see them on map.

hentaiwriter responds:

Hey, glad you liked the demo so much! Let me clarify a few things regarding your issues with the game;

- For cutscenes in general, in the build you're playing, all cutscenes are unfortunately unskippable. The current version and full version of the game will have the vast majority of cutscenes as optional ones, so that you can trigger them at your leisure.

- Regarding all the text, as everything is voiced in the game (and in this demo!), we'll have an auto-play function that will let cutscenes and databanks automatically play out and you can just listen to them.

- You can also "save" databanks in the full game to read for later in a collections menu, so you don't have to read them then and there.

- The current backer-only demos and the full game show you where databanks, fragments and powerups are at on maps if you've visited the map before :) so that feature's already in too!

Those improvements coming to the full game (or already in backer demos) should hopefully help a lot with things for you, they're good quality of life upgrades for sure!

Thanks again for the review!

Holy crap. Some nice sprites but WAYYYYYYYY too talky.

hentaiwriter responds:

In the final game, 95% of cutscenes will be optional, but the game is heavily built around the story and your choices shaping the final ending, so the story aspect is definitely a focus; it's not for everyone of course :)
