For a flash game...
...this is a good first try. There is a bunch of stuff I'd like to comment on, though. I'll try to list it somehow, but I'll just jot it down in the order it comes to my mind. Here goes:
A) Collision mechanics
On your next game, do good work with collision mechanics of your game. Sometimes it seemed a bit unfair to me when I got killed by a Tie Fighter even though there was some open space in between us. Having you lose your life only when you get hit VISIBLY is more fun.
B) Graphics
As this is your first try, it's not perfect. But it's not that bad either. First off, if you call it Star Wars Parody, what ship does the main ship resemble? I'm too silly to understand that... I got it that the enemies are Tie Fighters, though. But on the next game, consider making different stages, even if it's only 3 variations of a scrolling level (in this game, I'd recommend a planet like you have already, a space level and maybe some sort of city-type level with obstruction). Also, it would be a big benefit if the graphics would scroll with you - i.e. the static clouds looked rather ugly. Maybe make the lasers look like lasers next time (or was that a joke I didn't understand?) and give the ships rudimentary animation sequences.
C) Game variables
I mentioned the different level scenario before, but here I also think of other options - extra lives for amounts of points, different weapons and mroe enemies. The Tie Fighters are fine in this game... but would have been if you implemented a Star Destroyer as a boss enemy? What about Tie Interceptors, which are a bit more fast and agile then the Fighters?
Hope I was of some help. Cheers!
