Just completed the game, took me about 20min, but was really fun. It resembles the old school games, you know those that we used to spend lots of cents to finish just a stage and brag about it. It has almost everything someone would expect from a retro game like this, liked the sprites a lot especially the

it was really well made, the whole strategy as well, took me a while to finish it.
Apart from some minor bugs like flickering walls and flames, a really minor slowdown it's totally amazing that it's made in under 72 hours! I'd give 5 stars, if the bugs get fixed and/or increase the stage fights and not including so many bosses (they might be easy but they're a lot, just a personal opinion though). Aside from these little details, it's a very well done game in such a short time.

The game seems good, but the game seemingly randomly switching into auto-run mode while shooting makes it almost unplayable. At first I really thought it was my keyboard, but after checking it I think its just a weird bug.
Played this all the way through, and I feel that it deserves 3 and 1/2 stars. The controls need some work and perhaps an in-game explanation of them would be a good thing to include. The game is colorful and fast paced which is great to keep the player interested for a while. Some of the bosses seemed a little TOO easy, and I never felt any sense of danger about how low my health was.
Overall, I'd have to say this: Make controlling the game easier and more comfortable, actually explain the controls in-game and lastly, add a bit more challenge to the game. Other than these small things, I loved it! Great for a quick 3 day project.
