Now don't get me wrong, I loves me some MM clones on newgrounds, and this one LOOKS like it has potential.... but CTRL:Shoot and Shift:Jump .... that's unacceptable, as multiple strokes of those keys cause multiple versions of windows to open up dialogue boxes... dialogue boxes that don't freeze the action of the game. If there I were a menu to change the controls, I might have played further, but as it stands, it's a theoretically great MM clone that I'll never get to experience because of poor control choices that can't be changed. Disappointed.

2: You CAN change the scheme in options, read the description.
3: It's not an unacceptable combo, many classic indie games do use this setup. Annoyingly any setup, someone will always complain that the set up is not for them.

Wow, what an impressive game. An excellent submission that fits the theme of "ancient technology" while giving us a nice nostalgia feel of retro arcade games. The game really brings back the feeling of old console/arcade games even from the main menu. The controls run smoothly, the game is relatively easy to get into, and the graphics and music are also fitting. All that made in less than 72 hours for the Ludum Dare game jam definitely deserves a top spot among games.
