i dont know why but its kind of passion nowdays that people upload thingy and say "hey i did it within a week! yet it works normally!"

nice game for 3 days.
i like retro graphics and sounds. it was my taste from way before.
and everything works pretty fine.
there is simply no explanation in this game.
well its retro style anyway.
also guys on the ground do give some hints but not about everything so yea.
i dont hate it. its nice as it is.

i still dont know what is Item Expander? or something cause i glitched out before i figure it out.

as other guys said control is pretty stiff.(metroid it is anyway)
especially when i trying to jump on moving platforms slow and stiff control made me annoying.
even platforms move faster than me.

and well u kno i got a phase gun then tried to progress by jumping down to a door.

game just went black and gray checkers.

u could work on it like 2 days more to fix some stuffs.
some guy already mentioned there is a bug character dont switch direction when jump and shoot.(i also had saw this happens quite a lot even before i checked comments about it)
and i got a checkers.
maybe i was unlucky. but it happened.
of course there will be more.

overall its a nice retro style game.
i spend about an hour for this.

now all you have to do is spend some more time and make it perfect.

If you crouch and aim to the upper left you can't shoot and when you load you don't get all your HP back.Also it's not properly explained what certain items like the "extender" does.

Other then that pretty good.

I found this to be a pretty standard game. I really liked how it was easy to understand. Then again, I guess most games in this dare would be. It wasn't all that original. I did like the sounds, though. I appreciate how you got popular with this game.

I really don't care that much for most of these. I especially like the jumping sounds. Everything seems pretty mashed up. There isn't really a connected theme. Well, apart from Ludum Dare of course.

This game reminds me Metroid, in a good way.
But the controls are horrible. Okay, there are 3 preprogrammed choices, but if we can choose our controls it would be the best. The basic controls are a bad choose. Why always X and Z? Only in american layout this two button is next to eachother (in hungarian eg, its swapped with Y), and why shoot is righter then jump?

The game lagged for me, and I didn't know its the code problem, or the flash plugin started to play jokes again...

The backstory (I give up playing after a 15-20 min) is not bad so far, and for a ludum dare its enough. If you ever upgrade this game to made it more playeble it will worth 4 or 5 star, but until is no more then 3 from me...
