This runs so terrible on Chrome that you owe everyone an apology.
I will try the windows version and come back and give the submission rating when I have played it to my satisfaction.
You will have a minimum of one point subtracted from your score for the chrome performance.
My computer could dominate yours in every way. I should not have issues.
Wow, this is insanely long and polished for a ludum dare game. It avoids the problems of most ludum dare games, in that it's actually fun :P The art and sound complement it very well too. I feel like the only thing missing is a way to hold still and fire directionally, but that's a minor gripe. Congrats on getting so much done so quickly!
Love the game, fun simple. Though it freezes a bit when you save. Also a tutorial would be nice.
That was really fun! Fairly complex for a 72 hour game. My only complaint is that occasionally, when jumping and rapidly switching from one direction to the other, the character occasionally switches to the wrong direction. Normally not a big deal, but when you're running away from flying monsters in cramped spaces, it occasionally leads to pain.
Somehow I missed the 5th weapon, the one in between the phase gun and the ultimate gun. Is it worth replaying the game to find it?
Yeah. This is pretty cool and you did the Metroid concept justice. As another posted on here, I could not get it to load in Chrome, but on IE it works fine.
