Nice Idea
I'm giving this one a high mark just because it's original. I haven't personally seen the idea to make a story book flash movie used yet... plus the graphics for the pages were very well designed. Nice job.

Great work. A little flawed, but great nontheless
The story of owl and the balance of the work is a remarkable piece or work. This is one of the greatest short stories I have ever read, and while I'm only 16, I have read quite a bit. Oz, you once again capture your readers and create a bond with them and the characters of the story. This being said, the reason I gave the Owl series an 8, is because there were some parts of the story which were in no way related to the overall plot, such as when Owl travels far across the desert to retrieve a leaf for lady owl, and she dies anyway. To save 8 pages or so, why not just have her die more quickly from the poison. This would keep the story progress more quickly and help keep the reader interested.
I'm not a great writer as you are, but I hope you will consider my suggestions, and I look forward to reading more of you work.

Very different
This is very unusual, Not bad at all, we may be seeing the birth of a new art form here. If you don't like to read, leave it alone, but don't blast it just because of the style of presentation, This work is rough, and its form is obviously in its early stages, but I think it has promise!

Interesting how you did the storybook style, but I'm not into reading really long text at NG, if I wanted to, I would read a book. It's a good story, but you probably should've made it all in full animation. If you have to have text, then how about including an audio narration with it, by maybe yourself. Nice work, your art's good, this thing reminds me of a children's storybook.
