Yeah, thing about NG collabs is that the participation is often voluntary, in the spirit of collaboration. We've developed a culture on this site that collabs like these have voluntary participation, whether they be for profit or nonprofit, much like a game jam or a music jam, but online and on a much larger scale.

About 120 people involved, I'd say, though I didn't organize it obviously. Don't remember anyone getting hired though.

I'm glad the site still around this many years later.
I was super active for several years on this site
I came back for the end of flash
At one point I was even going to try tioo learn it but life took an unexpected turn.
